We provide a platform to connect vacation homes with guests, and ensure they are ready for guest occupancy.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at our discretion. We will notify you of any changes by revising the date at the top of the policy.
Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their InzziSuites account password, and for all activities related to their account. You agree to notify us immediately if you notice any unauthorized use of your account.
Guests are responsible for any property damage, and must comply with the house rules set by the host. The booking guest is also responsible for the behaviour of all others within the property during their stay.
InzziSuites’s liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted by law. We are not responsible for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues. We assume no liability for any disputes arising from rental agreements between guests and hosts.
These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of Dubai, United Arab Emirates.
Any disputes arising out of these terms or the use of our services will be resolved in accordance with the laws of Dubai, United Arab Emirates.
